Every site is level gravel with full hookups, a picnic table, and its own 20 ft yard. Sites are angled so parking takes one try, not five. Pets are welcome on every site.
Monthly: $575 for any site, all bills paid including electric.

Premium sites have oversized yards near the pool and amenities. If you're bringing kids, a group, or just want to walk to the pool barefoot, it's worth the extra $10. There are only 4 premium pull-thrus, so they're the first to go on summer weekends.
